What made my experience great, was the representative Jett that I had the privilege to work with. I reached out because I was having problems moving my assets out of Robinhood. Raphael unexpectedly called me last night and saw my application was started andvnot completed. I was planning on calling iTrustCapital, but Raphael beat me to it. He introduced himself, provided me assistance, and answered my questions regarding rolling over a portion of my 401K that I have with my employer 401K Plan under Fidelity. He explained the process to me and it was quite helpful.
