I needed some support executing a IRA rollover to my iTrust account. I receiveda call from Romeo. He was very polite and professional. Romeo competently explained the rollover process. With Romeo support I was able to initiate the IRA rollover request exectly as he explained. Romeo then answered all of my questions regarding establishing a Roth IRA, funding methods and rules, tax treatments and distributions. Romeo took the pain out of the process. Job well done!!!
