Intuitive, quick, straightforward

Jett was the agent who helped me and THANK GOD he was kind and patient. Many of us are new to crypto and all of the apps/platforms and who to trust or not to trust, i chose iTrustCapital in particular due to youtube @NCash recommended your company. I downloaded and started using the app a few days ago and like it very much so far. I was able to chat in app w/real agent, Jett was the last agent and was HUGE help. Even just to hold my hand.,. THANK YOU!

i'm 75 years old and wanted to transfer my XRP Crypto from Uphold to ITrust,so that it would be held safely by an American company. For me, moving thousands of Crypto is a scary thing. Plenty of anxiety. Josh made the move easy. His patience and calmness gave me confidence through the process. Now my XRP is there and it will be safely held for my family Beneficieries. Thanks Josh!

We placed a phone call which was promptly answered, we explained our question and Romeo said he definitely could help us. He verified my personal account information and I explained our call was on speaker and my wife and I needed help funding my newly opened non IRA account. We wish to transfer XRP from my wife's Coinbase account. Romero walked us through the entire process, starting with a minimum amount to test the process. He said he would call us back in ten minutes to verify ...

I had a great experience! I am new to this platform and Josh had the patience of a patience of an angel. Transferring multiple assets from different wallets could’ve been a very daunting task for me but he turned it into a very smooth transition. Thank you so much Josh!

Getting correct answers to my questions. Short wait time to get someone (a live person like Jimbo) on the line to assist. Customer Service is the reason why I do all my Crypto business with iTrustCapital. Thank you.

Difficult to use, and extremely difficult to get your money out of! I have been going through their run around for a week now trying to withdraw some of my funds to invest them in regular stocks. Now it will be another 7 to 14 days before they can manage to do the wire transfer to return it to me! I don't know about you, but I expect to be able to withdraw my own money in less than three to four weeks!

I executed my first IRA distribution today. Since all the paperwork was done ahead of time, it took a quick 10 minutes to reverify with Josh C. He was very professional with a great attitude. I hope they all go this well.
