As of Jan 22nd, 2026 - ITrust customer service representatives stated they are having problems/delays in processing distribution requests due to high demand. Holiday aside, there is no excuse for not processing transactions in a timely manner. I value controls that are in place for my security. But there have been times where distributions have been processed in a couple of days and others like now where it will take in excess of a week. This is access to my funds. ITrust needs to staff up and meet the needs of its customers.

I have been with iTrust since 2020. Was very happy especially given crypto IRAs were not popular then. I have noticed customer service severely slipping. Especially if you want to move money. Lack of response, run around, unable to get anyone live in the department you need. I am seriously considering moving to another custody holder. Horrible feeling when you try to take control of your money and you hear nothing but crickets.

It was awesome speaking to support in regards to get things up and running smoothly and safely. Bryan has been following up if I need anything! I was helped by Rafael Barraza to transfer my ROTH Ira funds to my bank account. Although the final transfer has not been finalized yet, Rafael was very helpful in enabling the process to get started. He explained everything to me that I inquired about. He was also very polite. I believe he initiated what I asked of him.
