Moving funds is a little bit of a process but when I called to verify all paperwork was completed properly, Romeo was the rep that took the call. He was polite, easy to understand and verified all step were completed successfully. I appreciate customer service like this even though I don’t care for the process Romeo made the difference. I was having a bit of difficulty setting up my ROTH. Not sure if it was my phone or what. I called customer support and LUC helped me out. He was very pleasant and said he would handle a promotion issue I was having. It’s always great to speak with a human and get things handled quickly and efficiently. I needed support for a Withdrawal Transaction with iTrust Cap. So, I called iTrust and was politely greeted by Rafael B. A member of the Customer Service team. He quickly arranged a Zoom meeting and completed the process in support of withdrawal for quicker withdrawal. I’ve never had the level of great support from any other crypto exchange or broker, that I received from iTrustCapital and specifically from Rafael B.

Josh B handled question fast and was very nice. Great customer service!!!
