I am in the middle of an IRS mistake mess I paid the penalty with tax with a credit card. I tried to withdraw some money from my roth ira at Itrust, but I mistakenly input the type of investment in the distribution form. This company has to to help me out many times till Chris Lee call me and solve the problem.

Needed some help updating info. Felt very comfortable w the security measures in place and Darya really walked me through it step by step

I have used I-trust capital for 4 years in many different and sometimes difficult situations (85 year old parent accounts) I’ve opened accounts, transferred in-kind assets to my private wallet, sold and received my funds to my bank, and used customer service a few times. I especially appreciate Lindsey Coon and Chris Lee’s personal communication and help. Their security measures for withdrawals are top notch.

I'm not very techy and I had a problem opening my account. I called the LISTED SUPPORT NUMBER and got right through to Romeo. I was very happy that he was easy to understand and he had me all fixed up in a couple minutes.

Josh was so patient and courteous helping me ( an 80 year old technology dinosaur ) navigate moving crypto from my exchange to my iTrust PCA. He’s a keeper!

When I first contacted Itrust capital I was impressed with the customer service. The last couple of days I've been kind of passed around and I Was less impressed. I do have a vision disability and am quite slow with operating my android so I kind of understand the frustration. Then came Ayrton. This young man is a breath of fresh air! It is easy to find the phone number, it is easy to get through, there is only one prompt, then you talk to a human being right away. As if that wasn’t enough, Romeo, with whom I worked today was knowledgeable and helped to answer all of my questions with confidence and without hesitation.
