Actually, I’ve been a member for about a year now I’ve talked with Trent ,Josh B , Francisco, Rafael and Mo on different occasions each person was very patient and very helpful, which is really hard to find in customer service these days. I engaged ITrust Capital to invest $300,000 in crypto. The process was completely exasperating from beginning to end. While I appreciate the need for security, their procedures to trade and withdraw earnings were incredibly difficult and are designed to sit on your funds for as long as possible for their benefit. After making a withdraw request, their "staff" made me jump through hoops for three days to verify the same information four separate times before authorizing my request to wire funds. The transfer then took another five days because they use third-parties to hold the capital. When I complained, ...

Ayrton was fantastic in helping to move assets from CB to iTrust. We were hacked and had some serious $$ at risk. We could see where the hacker had attempted to hijack all the assets from us. Ayrton was very calm and patient during the process. I would like to give him more stars than the 5 possible. I can't say enough about his professionalism. Over about 4 days we finally got everything moved over.

Mo, he was very informative and was very patient. An asset to your company! I will be signing up for a premium custody account and I am very happy with what service I have received so far. .
