Ayrton Svenson provided assistance for me on 02/09/2026. I had crypto on a Ledger wallet and wanted to transfer crypto to my account at iTrustCapital. Unfortunately, had only made purchases before and was very uneasy about transferring from my cold wallet. Ayrton was fantastic support and walked me through the process. Following the transaction he walked me back to the home page and verified the transfer was complete. I'm so amazed with the support staff at iTrustCapital.

I spoke with Ayrton to confirm wire transfer information… Afterwards he suggested I confirm with my bank that normal routing and account numbers are used, because sometimes different numbers are required… KUDOS to Ayrton… the account does not allow wire transfers…

I had been trying to fund my new Roth Crypto Acct and my bank kept blocking it. Jonathan said to start with a wire and once that is established, I should be able to do future linked account transfer. Thank you for the follow up!
