Today was my first withdrawal ever. Chris did extremely professional job walking me through. Yes my primary problem was. I use Firefox as my browser. Chris had me change to chrome. Between those two issues. Changing browsers and then walking me through. I couldn’t have asked for more. Very professional. A great way to end the year working with Chris.

I worked with Francisco to open up my custody account today and he walked me through the entire process from transferring crypto from another source to itrust; he made everything simple, easy and understandable. I couldn’t expect anything more. What a wonderful experience.
