Whilst I dig having my Roth there, the process for changing your address, email or phone etc is gawdawful. Not the ppl helping, rather the process takes days: docusign, IDs, video call, lotsa waiting etc. What happens when I finally reach the age to start withdrawing? Jump over a fire pit?

I had a Bear of a time with my Holding Company releasing my IRA for Transfer! Shawn at iTrust was very persistent in helping me get through this. He is a Great asset for iTrust and I Appreciate his quick response and attention to detail with my transaction. This is one of the reasons for my transfer as my Company Holding my original IRA lacks communication and follow through. Make a call to iTrust and always get someone knowledgeable right away!!
