Spoke with Francisco and he was extremely helpful with my questions. I asked about adding beneficiaries to my I Trust account. I Trust needs to expedite this service to your clients for a complete safety to clients with our trust in your company. Francisco was extremely helpful.

Today I called in to get help with my RA conversion and I spoke with Francisco Mondragon who was very knowledgeable about the company's policies, very polite and was concerned about my needs, and I truly appreciate everything he did to help.

The process was easy to schedule and the call was a pleasant enough experience. I had difficulty with my computer camera reflecting a clear image but I used another USB camera and that seemed to work. Rafael was very patient with me throughout the process. I am grateful for the care that was exhibited by I trust and its employees.

Spoke with Josh from customer service. He clarified all questions I had very patiently. Also gave me some useful information and links without asking. Way to go! Thank you. I barely get that kind of customer service.

In a recent call to transfer some money into my IRA I worked with a representative named Romeo. He was very informative, helpful and patient.

It took 3 scheduled sessions to accomplish a zoom call verification with me. 1. It's hard for me to hear so I had someone sitting next to me to explain what she was asking to do or just missed hearing the questions completely. 2. After calling iTrustCapital to scheduled appointment, only not booking it, (I didn't know you have to book it also. She walked us thru another booking attempt that was successful. 3. Get to scheduled appt. and no zoom on desk top or phone was installed. (after trying to download a zoom call on my desktop and ...

Enormous hassle to simply withdraw Roth IRA funds. The online form did not work, no help was provided, and the rep cancelled my request. Ridiculous. I have this all documented, regardless of the reply you see here.

I needed help changing my phone number on file which sounds like it should be simple but is actually quite complicated. It requires a live Zoom call, recorded video, etc. for KYC purposes, anyways,Darya was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She got me through the process with very little hassle. While it seemed like a big procedure to change a phone number on my profile, I do appreciate their seriousness when it comes to your identity and the security of your assets.

Our person was awesome! We would have never been able to accomplish what we needed to do without his kindness, patience and help. He gets top ratings from us. 5 stars all the way!!!

I'm always leery putting money into something because it's usually difficult to get back out. I love iTrust Capital's IRA Crypto product so put some money in an account a couple years ago but had a need to take a full distribution. I started the process fully expecting it to take weeks but to my surprise and appreciation, it only involved two email transactions and the uploading of several items. Lindsey C. was fantastic: her first email was an inquiry about the amount I wanted to withdraw; the next, detailed instructions (uploading DL pics, selfie, completing distribution form) to ...
