A as new client, receiving emails and text messages instead of personal interaction via a phone call was not the most welcoming feeling. Fortunately, the site is easy to navigate, for the most part, but it would have been nice to have an initial conversation with someone once my transfer finalized.
Josh was very resourceful and patient.He provided me reassurance, guidance, when transferring funds from my exchange to Itrust account. He went above and beyond thank you.

My IRA transfer to and crypto trading experience at ITrustCapital has been excellent. David, Trent and Ayrton were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this platform for investing. They have key utility use crytpos like xrp, some popular meme coins like shib and even actual silver & gold. Very important imo.
