I’ve had three substantive conversations with folks at ITrust and each one has been helpful and smooth. The most recent was today with a guy whose name is Mo - although I and my financial advisor misunderstood his intro and kept calling him Mel. In any event, Mo walked us through the process of converting a portion of my traditional IRA to and ITrust Roth IRA. The ITrust AI bot advised me to make that call versus trying to do all that on-line. No was knowledgeable and helpful He helped us through the process with ease. Keep him happy
