I was able to speak to another human being on the other line sounds silly, but this is what made the difference for me. I can't tell you how many times I call a company and I get a 'domino' of number options to push until I get cut off. Jimbo was the great employee that helped me today and he was professional/kind/patient. I set up an account today and he stayed with me the entire time. I was very happy. This company will do well with employees like, Jimbo. Good work.
