I’ve been a customer since around 2019. The onboarding process and customer service have been excellent!

I have a few questions from time to time when I visit one of the exchanges that hold my crypto investments. I love itrust capital because of the people answering the phone, their ability to quickly get me the answers and help me get things done. Today with the help of Romeo, I was able to get a number of questions answered that will help me set up for more transaction there. Thank you!

The question is what made my expeience great. It was the professionalism how they communicate and helpfulness in resolving my issues.
