My experience with iTrust has been very positive. The app is intuitive and easy to use. I did have a funding issue my second year investing. My ACH transfer had an issue. I contacted customer service via phone, iTrust has a dedicated phone number to speak to a representative. My rep Francisco looked into the issue and got back to me via text message and phone call after 10min with a resolution.

I was having problems creating and activating my account. When I called in I spoke with Rafael. He was very polite and professional. He quickly helped me resolve my issues and stayed on the phone with me to verify, I could login into my account. He then informed me on how the the rest of the account setup would go and what I would needed to do. Thanks Rafael!!

Josh B was very helpful in setting up the custody account.

I've been with them for over 2 months now and the Customer Service is excellent. When I call them, they're always professional and extremely helpful. Also, the transfer and purchase of BTC is easy to carry out, on their platform. I'm very happy with them and would definitely recommend them, overall.

Whilst I dig having my Roth there, the process for changing your address, email or phone etc is gawdawful. Not the ppl helping, rather the process takes days: docusign, IDs, video call, lotsa waiting etc. What happens when I finally reach the age to start withdrawing? Jump over a fire pit?
