I called iTrust Capital to convert my traditional IRA into a Roth IRA and Raphael was very knowledgeable and helpful in instructing me step by step with completing the application request process. With the frustration of contacting customer service of today's companies, iTrust Capital shows they still cares about their customers and not pass them on to an AI generated bot that cannot effectively assist the customers. On a 5 point customer survey rating, Raphael gets a 10 rating due to he was twice as good with his knowledge, patience and great attitude to assist. Great job iTrust Capital ...

ITrustCapital's Jimbo Alejo provided fantastic and professional client IRA services regarding the proper fund distribution process before the end of the calendar year 2025. He helped ensure that the IRS-required minimum distribution (RMD) was properly handled as quickly as possible.
I just sent my three different IRAs for my wife and I over to I Trust Capital and spoke to Jett. All I can say is the Customer Service there is awesome. They are very attentive and make it a priority to communicate with you during the entire process. They also answer all your questions very promptly which led to a very satisfactory Transition…. cannot recommend them enough!
iTrust was proactive in calling me when they noticed an issue with my account. In an era where customers service is usually lacking, I was completely impressed. Not only did they notify me of a duplicate transaction, they quickly fixed it and solved another issue I was having opening a second account. I am glad I had this interaction with them. It makes me fell very secure using this service knowing I can get someone like that on the line so easily, should I ever have an issue in the future.
