Chris Lee was very good and professional with his work on hosting the Zoom meeting during my verification call for my withdrawal of funds for my IRA required minimum distribution. I sometimes cannot hear or understand some of the people due to some hearing loss. He spoke very clearly and would repeat anything I might have missed when asked.
Today is Christmas eve i want to buy crypto but there is no buy or sell option on my app,Wth crypto is 24/7 365 and im unable to trade to bs.I may be done with them no phone service even this morning,i can understand in the afternoon but this is totally unacceptable.

What made my experience great, was the representative Jett that I had the privilege to work with. I reached out because I was having problems moving my assets out of Robinhood. It took eight days to get it done and Jett hung there with me through the entire process. Jett is knowledgeable, patient and kind. Probably the best customer service experience I have ever had. Raphael unexpectedly called me last night and saw my application was started andvnot completed. I was planning on calling iTrustCapital, but Raphael beat me to it. He introduced himself, provided me assistance, and answered my questions regarding rolling over a portion of my 401K that I have with my employer 401K Plan under Fidelity.
